I live here at Fox Run and it’s great! In 2018 I was getting tired of all the work of maintaining a home, with the yard and home maintenance, I wanted a change. I am so glad that we moved here in 2018 while we are still active because there is so much to do. So many clubs and groups to be involved in. We were so lucky to be here during the pandemic because Fox Run took great care of us. If you are getting on in years don’t wait until you need skilled nursing or memory care (they have both here) come and enjoy a very active life style, make new friends, find new hobbies, there is so much to do. With 6 restaurants there is a wide variety of dining options. Schedule an appointment to come see how great a worry free lifestyle can be.

My wife and I moved to Fox Run 6 months ago. We love it! The staff is welcoming and friendly. Other residents are kind and inviting. This is a wonderful place to make new friends with interesting, intelligent people. There is a medical center, beauty shop, swimming pool, cardiac and muscle strength exercise room. There are 5 restaurants, most of which have sit down service. The food has been outstanding. There are more than 100 clubs including pickleball. The grounds are beautifully planted and maintained. Assisted living buildings are walking distance and can be reached without going outside. It's like living on a cruise ship. Highly recommended.

15 years ago my husband and I moved into Fox Run. He was able to stay with me in our apartment for the first 21/2 years, but when he was unable to stand up on his own, he moved to continuing care. He.lived there for the next 3 years until his death in 2015. I was able to furnish and decorate his room to please him and to spend as much time with him as I wanted - and I could bring the dog with me as well. The staff soon became our family. They'd stop by to visit; they provided personal care in a loving and professional manner, and the night he died his aid put her arms around me and wept right along with me. We are a family here at Fox Run: administration, staff, residents, student servers: we listen to each other, have fun with each other and encourage each other through hard times. I'm so happy I'm living here!

Recently I had the pleasure visiting the Fox Run of Novi Senior Living Apartment Homes Community! It is emmaculate! Beautiful, the landscaping! And i just so happened to see 2 monarch butterflies on the grounds, which topped off the beauty lf this place! My reason for visiting was to deliver an order for a client who lives here. Upon my arrival I was geeeting by a friendly gentlemen at the security chambers just before thr liftgate. He gave me concise directions of where to go and how to get there. I was told to look for Kathy upon my arrival at the front desk. I met Kathy at the desk and she gave me directions... The wrong directions but directions nevertheless. I got lost on my way yo my clients apartment and another gentleman directed me. His directions were great and I found exactly where I needed to be. I delivered the items but unfortunately I was unable to upload the pictures to the platform due to a faulty cellular signal. No worries! The is 2025, this is always a solution! 😊 When I arrived back at the desk, I approached Kathy with a request to help me upload my delivery picture. Her misunderstanding of my request gave pause to believe she thought I was a scam artist or untrustworthy. I understand... However, I want to express my concern with her approach and her reservations.. Kathy looked at me as a black woman, in the wrong neighborhood. She looked at me as someone who had no authority or right to ask a small favor for help. She never gave me a chance to prove my integrity. I felt profiled and targeted by her preconceived notions of who I was as a person. If I were asked on a customer feedback survey, would I hire Kathy, the is answer is a Hard NO... She is selectively personble.. She is not a people's person... And her heart is worn on her shoulder as to how she feels about people whom she does not know, but couldve known better had she been open minded. Having worked in Office Management and customer service roles for over 20 years, I can assure you, Kathy would never past the test in an environment she is uncomfortable or unfamiliar with. She does not have the interpersonal skills that it takes to discern trouble from earnest ambition. I hope Kathy changes her perspective of people who dont look and sound like her... One day... Because whom she judges may be the one carrying her true blessing...
