Fountain Court Senior Living is such a wonderful place to be, not only for the residents, but for the team! Our entire team is dedicated to providing excellent resident care and fostering a home/family like atmosphere. Our community may not always be perfect , but we are committed grow, learn and continuously improve with our residents' best interest at heart. Overall, I can genuinely say, I'm proud of the team I work with and would trust my own loved ones with. I consider myself blessed to get to serve and love such a special group of residents. I look forward to the future at this amazing community.

I am the activities director for Fountain Court and I want to say how wonderful Courtney is and how she has made the ambience much better and has done so much for our resident's and team. I absolutely love my job and fellow employees, we are a very strong team and have lots of love for our resident's. I have been here for almost 3 years now and WOW, what an improvement. Wonderful place. Very happy residents.

We lived in a cottage. The washer and dryer were filthy. Washer torre our clothes, dryer had dirt and hard stuff in it that was hard and had to be soaked. Finally I went to the executive director and said she this is unacceptable. We got a new washer and dryer. The maintenance director didn't like that and they were going to put the old w/d in the main building for the residents!!! He installed the dryer incorrectly, pushing the dryer against the wall prevented the clothes from getting dry. I pulled the dryer away from the wall. He said we had AC from the main thermostat, but we did not. So they did install air conditioning unit. We had a window AC. They should have told us we only had the window unit. Food was fair, not very good. The house cleaner was a male who talked more than he cleaned. TERRIBLE cleaning, filthy the way he cleaned. I complained and the next time he came he made comments about us, clearly he was mad. I went to explain what I wanted cleaned and he came at me yelling three times. I ran out to get my husband and he followed and said "Get a new cleaner. " The maintenance director came over to show the new cleaner what I wanted cleaned. I gave him a piece of paper with instructions. He began telling the new cleaner what to do but I kept saying "Look at the paper " three times but never looked at it and then he called me "Nasty ". I developed an ulcer because I was so scared and stressed. My PCP wrote a letter saying I could no longer live under these conditions so we were released from our contract and we moved in 5 days. Elder abuse. I would NOT recommend this place.

I've been with Fountain Court for more than four years. I must say , in the past year alone, when Courtney took over as Executive Director.. the state of our facility has dramatically changed. Updating the building in terms of fresh paint, new furniture, renovations.. to quality, consistency and interactions family/resident care. Fountain Court is continuously improving, a work in progress. Courtney has brought out the potential of Fountain Court has always had. I am thrilled to have her as our ED! She's amazing and has the biggest heart when it comes to residents and family members. She's always been very professional and knows so much in this industry that having here her at Fountain Court is definitely a blessing! Before delving into the facility and staff we have here at Fountain Court, first impressions coming into the building.. we are first greeted by our wonderful Business Office Manager, Holly! She's very hospitable and tends to all residents, family and guest matters. She brings a warm and inviting feeling to our community! Our staff here have created close relationships with our residents and family members, which separates us from other communities. Our care team are amazing individuals, who gonna above and beyond for our residents. Our current RSD, Grace, has been working very diligently to ensure quality care for our residents living here. Along side our RSD, we have Wendy our Nurse who does a great job with assessing our residents, making sure they are fit for our community and taken care of with her best judgement! In terms of keeping our residents busy, we have our Activities Director, Cassi, who always got exciting activities planned for our residents. Whether it be a scenic drive or a trip to the Glass Museum.. our residents always have something to do while living here at Fountain Court. Live music and performances happen here on a weekly basis, birthday celebrations, Bingo sessions, card games.. Cassi continues to add new activities, depending on the season. So there's always something different going on! We had a new addition to our team recently.. our new Maintenance Director, Clinton. When I tell you he got projects and work orders done right away when he started.. well a lot of things were taken care of within the week he came on board with our team. The improvements made throughout the building has changed the atmosphere of the building (light fixtures). He's been turning over rooms with quality and attention to detail in his work, so we have new residents move in. He's been nothing but a busy bee since he started and look forward to see more improvements throughout the facility. Reading all of this, you must be wondering now about the food here at Fountain Court. Started as a cook and worked my way up to be the Culinary Director the past two years. In this year alone, my department has been able to elevate the dining experience with beautiful table settings and quick food service. Food variety here is amazing, always keep the big hit items such as clam chowder, many of our fish items, chicken enchilada bake are just a few to name . We make a lot of items here from scratch and provide many options for residents who are health conscious. Residents have input in there meals during food meetings, so there is always changes being made to accommodate residents dietary needs. We throw wonderful monthly brunches that always are a huge hit with resident and family members! Overall, Fountain Court is an amazing community to have any of your loved ones here. Our team show so much compassion for our residents and at the end of the day, we've all become family! I highly recommend this place, especially with how long I've been here and witnessed the changes!
