Fountain Court Senior Living in Maple Valley deserves the highest praise, and so does its exceptional manager, Courtney, Kyle, along with her remarkable team — Megan, Gianna, Semira, Anu, and their wonderful head chef, Kim. I worked closely with Courtney during the summer of 2024 after my 95‑year‑old mother suffered a fall and needed to transition to assisted living. My mother deeply valued her independence, and this was an emotional and difficult time for our family. From the moment we arrived, Courtney and her staff demonstrated a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that went far beyond what I ever expected. Courtney is extraordinary. She made sure my mother’s needs were always met — not just physically, but emotionally. She ensured my mom felt seen, valued, loved, and genuinely cared for every single day. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire community. Kyle is a quiet angel — always present, always attentive, always making sure things get done with kindness and humility. His gentle presence brought comfort to both my mother and our family. Every staff member under Courtney’s leadership reflects the same high standard of care. Their work is not just a job; it is clearly a calling. Their compassion, patience, and humanity shine through in everything they do. When my mother reached the end of her life, the team worked seamlessly and tenderly with hospice. They guided her, and us through her final days with grace, dignity, and love. They helped usher my mom into heaven with peace. Our family will never forget that. I cannot recommend Fountain Court, Courtney, and her entire staff highly enough. They are exceptional human beings doing exceptional work, and our family is forever grateful.

My 92-year-old mom was well taken care of at Fountain Court by staff who truly care about the residents who live there. Courtney (Executive Director) and Grace (Resident Service Director) have hired and trained kind, knowledgeable and attentive staff. My mom really enjoyed the care she received (for five years) and spoke highly of Gianna, Liberator, Anu, Semira, Megan and Kyle - to name just several caregivers that come to mind! The home environment of Fountain Court was always clean and tidy and smelled fresh. Given my two-level home and life demands could not provide the care that I wanted for my mom… I had peace of mind, knowing that she was well taken care of at Fountain Court. The staff had my cell phone number and were in frequent communication when needed. I am filled with gratitude and appreciation!
