My dad made the leap into assisted living after a few years of touring many places with bleak conditions. Moving into Arbor Village has been the best decision for him! His quality of life has completely changed now that he’s making new friends, staying busy with activities, and our family has peace of mind knowing he has care available. Staff has been so warm and helpful throughout the move in process and making sure all of his care needs are addressed

As a family member who visits my mom once or twice a week, I would seriously think twice before choosing this facility for your loved one. I want to start by saying that the building is very clean, and I really appreciate the housekeeper who cleans my mom’s room. She is always very nice, kind, and helpful, and she has even helped me when I needed assistance. I truly appreciate her work. My biggest concern is the quality and consistency of resident care, especially during the morning and afternoon shifts. There have been times when residents appeared to be waiting for basic assistance or attention. For elderly residents, even simple things like help with the bathroom, meals, repositioning, or other basic needs are important and should not be delayed. I have also noticed concerns with communication, staffing, supervision, and accountability. Families should feel confident that their loved ones are being properly cared for throughout the day, not wonder whether their needs are being addressed. What makes this especially disappointing is the cost. When families are paying around $10,000 a month, they should be able to expect consistent, respectful, and dependable care. This review is not about hating every employee. There are employees who genuinely care about the residents and work hard. My concern is with the overall system and the consistency of care. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, listens to residents and families, and makes meaningful improvements. The residents deserve to feel safe, respected, valued, and properly cared for every day. For these reasons, I would rate this facility 1 out of 5 stars.

Arbor Village has been such a warm and welcoming experience. From the caring staff to the attention given to maintaining the facility, it’s clear how much care goes into making everyone feel comfortable and at home.

Arbor Village is truly an active living community. Each building is kept fresh and clean but they all have a sense of home. They staff is warm and knowledgeable. Friendly and welcoming residents are all around. Everyone is very supportive and smiling. Love the outings and family events. Arbor Village is a place that helps you to get back to being family.
