Overview
Fellowship Square Mesa is more than a place to live; it's a place to thrive. We're a nonprofit senior living community offering a full continuum of senior living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
We offer one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath apartment homes in Independent Living, each featuring open floor plans, ample closet space, fully equipped kitchens, and a washer and dryer in each unit.
At The Oasis Assisted Living, residents enjoy the comfort of their own private apartment with the peace of mind that help is always nearby. In Assisted Living, we offer studio and one-bedroom apartments. We are proud to be a certified helpany® community, offering their innovative fall prevention system, nicknamed "Paul". This AI-powered motion analyzer tracks gait, sleep patterns, and movement, all without the need for cameras. Since implementing this technology, we have seen an 80% reduction in falls.
Reflections Memory Care at Fellowship Square Mesa provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Here, relationship-centered care meets professional expertise, resulting in personalized support that honors each resident's unique journey. We're proud to be accredited by Comfort Matters® Dementia Care Education. This accreditation reflects our commitment to delivering intentional, research-based, and profoundly human care that goes beyond the basics.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and part of the Christian Care family of communities.

My parents moved into Fellowship Square recently after visiting friends there for years. They are beyond happy! They rave about the food, the recreational activities and the staff. Thank you for making the their lives so enjoyable!

I'd like to say thank you to the staff on behalf of Hank and Joan Goodridge, my parents. They were very happy with everything, from the location, staff, menu, and beautiful grounds. They recently moved to a new place in California to be nearer to more family and are doing well. Thanks for all your love, kindness and support! My parents love it here, which means that I do too. They say the food is good and the staff is wonderful.

The independent living is very nice. Once people move to assisted living the price triples and the level of care isn’t there. There is no dining room so all meals are delivered in styrofoam, cold and never what they asked for. The staff for the entire building is only 4 people. We have to move our parent out for a better facility, it’s borderline neglectful. Assisted living is so disappointing after an excellent independent living experience. The excuse is always that they are understaffed, but many other places are fully staffed. My guess is FS is not paying competitively.

My Mother in law lives here and she loves it. I'm so impressed with the leadership and how they reinvest back into the community with fresh new flowers, new parking lot and paint. It is a pleasure stopping by for a visit and always finding it clean and up to date. The care taken for the property is also how they take care of my Mom. Great job!
