I recently helped a loved one move into Pegasus Landing of Mesa, and I have been very impressed with the experience. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They have been responsive to questions and have made the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained, and it’s reassuring to know that my loved one is in a place where they are treated with kindness and respect. I really appreciate how helpful everyone has been and would definitely recommend Pegasus Landing of Mesa to anyone considering it for themselves or a loved one!

Our experience has not been the best! We were charmed when placing our loved one so much so that I missed so many red flags. The management is a joke— poorly run is an understatement. The food is blah- same thing every single day. The cleaners are mediocre at best and do the bare minimum. My mom has asked to have her bedding washed and they avoid washing anything not put in a basket for them. If you come after 5 be prepared to stand in the heat for 15+ mins for someone to let you in!!! They are greatly understaffed! I’d look elsewhere. This is not some place i want my loved one to be cared for!

The current management that took over this community that is now Pegasus Landing, is phenomenal. They took on a very hard and unique community, which of course goes through a lot of growing pains. But they're ahead of the game, and us in the community that have been in the senior living industry for a while know how it can turn out and they are doing fabulous. Good for you guys and keep it up. Your community is being talked about and getting recognition, in a positive way.

Love this place. Brought my love one here and they love it as well. It is a very clean well kept facility. I am more at ease knowing that my love one is at this facility and is in great hands.
