Fairwinds Assisted Living has been an excellent choice for my parents and it’s reassuring to know my parents are part of a caring and supportive community. The staff and management are incredibly flexible and accommodating, and their dedication truly stands out. The facility is well-run, and nearly every interaction we’ve had with the team has been positive and friendly. The food is quite good and the spaces are beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, the residents—including my parents—appear genuinely happy with their environment and the care they receive. I highly recommend Fairwinds Assisted Living!

The Fairwinds Team has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout our aging parents stay. The Director and Head nurse have helped us navigate our increased care needs and the financial accomodations to help our parents age in a safe place. We love the facility and the accommodations/activities. The staff and new chef are always friendly and willing to listen to new ideas. Food is much improved we take our family to eat there. Wish I could move in myself!!

Fairwinds Retirement Community Rio Rancho is an excellent place for a senior in terms of the care, love and support given to the residents. My Mother lived there for 8 years until she passed. When it was time for my Mother to move from independent living to assisted living, she was especially comforted to be staying under the same roof. She could remain where she was familiar with her surroundings, staff and keep her friends. She was always loved and cared for in the most respectful manner. The staff was quick to respond to my requests and questions concerning my Mother. They never made me feel as though I was being a nuisance. When my Mother did pass, the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate and help us with any issues that presented themselves. They were also a source of emotional support during a difficult time. The staff is great and the management team is professional. I highly recommend.

My brother has lived here almost one year now. I cannot give this place enough praise! The chef’s and baker are restaurant-level. The facility is clean and welcoming. They go out of their way to make their residents feel happy and family welcomed. Their classes are both exceptional and relevant to the likes and needs of the population. #1 pick in the area by far!!!
