I've had a great experiences visiting. The building is always very clean and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and maintenance is incredibly fast and efficient whenever something needs attention. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who does a wonderful job keeping the property clean and looking great while being super friendly. One of my favorite things about this community is all the fun events the staff puts together for residents. They go above and beyond to create awesome and fun events for people to connect, and it's so nice that friends and family are welcomed too. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the community. . Highly recommend!

I moved to Affinity about 2 weeks ago from the Seattle area after the death of my husband. I needed to simplify my life, have more sun, and have a built-in community. Affinity provides all this and more. The front office staff are beyond helpful and accommodating. Karen was my personal contact and she made my move as smooth as it could possibly be. I love the amenities that Affinity offers, especially the pool and hot tub. My apartment is lovely and my view is perfect. I look forward to experiencing more of the events and activities that are offered here.

Working with Jason, Maintenance Staffer, was a pleasure. He is timely polite, gracious, knowledgeable and experienced. I could ask for no better first experience as a new Affinity apartment dweller than working with Jason as he made some minor repairs in my apartment. From my first conversation with Bobbie and Karen through my actual move to Affinity-Albuquerque, the customer support has been excellent. I feel fortunate to have found Affinity-Albuquerque. It is a grand new home.

I LOVE affinity at Albuquerque. I was looking for a place for my mom when she moved into town. She is in a perfect location. Almost everything she needs is nearby. She has the most amazing view of the Sandia’s. She has 24/7 access to the amenities on site. They have so many amazing groups and activities that she can be apart of. The staff here puts on events for the residents depending on the holiday and such. All of her utilities, internet, cable, and WiFi are all included in her rent. I really thought this place was too good to be true, but they are. They’re amazing, and Karen, and Bobbi have been so amazing, helpful, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
