Okay here is an honest review. First, this place is waaaay overpriced. The elevator was out for months (good luck carrying your groceries up four fights of stairs). At one point in time the doors to the inside building didn't work and management didn't bother telling anyone or posting any notices. So if you left the building you couldn't get back in. They shut the water off two days ago. It came on a day later and now after two days there is NO hot water. Absolutely none. So no showers (I work), no dish washing - anything you can do with hot water is off the table.. They have nothing but excuses. But god help you if you don't pay your rent on time. The building is old, smelly, dirty and not worth the money. I wish someone had left an honest review when I was looking and found this dump.

It's a all right place lots of activities lived here for 4 years only problem was living under guest Apt They would keep me up sometimes. Tell 11 problem was I had to get up at 1am working 2 am to 2pm and it would piss me off but most nights it was quiet. Just not ready to live in A 55 plus apt yet. 😪 if I were older I would live here.

I was having trouble with my washer making loud grinding noises so I asked Victorie to put in an order & in just a very short time, Jason came by to see what was up. He pulled off the front of the washer & there was oil splattered all over so he said he would have to ask his boss about replacing a part or getting me a new one & he came back a short while later to tell me I was gettting a brand new washer/dryer the very next day!!!! Jason is just THE BEST person! Always so friendly & courteous & goes out of his way to always be prompt & dedicated. My gratitude to Affinity for getting me a new washer/dryer & for my NOT Having to pay one penny!!! Also for doing it so quickly!!!

The maintenance team at Affinity almost always responds the same day that our work order is submitted, and at the latest, the next day. The work is always completed competently and courteously.
