I would like to thank Nancy Constantinople and Krista O’Donnell for their help in making my mothers move to Evergreen Woods such a positive experience. They both made themselves available at all times, and were always a pleasure to deal with. Krista got the apartment and transfer documents taken care of very efficiently. Nancy has genuinely welcomed my mom, included her in new comer events, and came out on a snowy Sunday to be sure the moving truck could make its delivery. Thank you to everyone at Evergreen Woods, my mom and I couldn’t be happier!

I recently moved to Evergreen Woods and I have been very impressed with the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. As an example, I recently asked if I could host a party for former neighbors and friends. Not only did the kitchen set up a delicious buffet (drinks included) but the Transition Specialist, Nancy Constantinople went above and beyond in every way to make the event a success. She made attractive signage to direct my guests, made sure wheel chairs were available for anyone who might need one, and stayed by the lobby long after her work day was over to escort anyone who came in later. She thought of every detail to ensure my special day went without a hitch. It was a pleasure to leave everything in her capable hands!

I am very pleased with my stay at Evergreen Woods! Transferred here for rehab after hip surgery. Can’t say enough about the great care I’ve been receiving while being here. Nursing is phenomenal, so respectful, patient and caring. Nursing supervisor is top notch! The food is delicious and I love that food services checks in to be sure patient is happy with food! Activities coordinators are a dynamic duo! First day here I attended music in the tv room which was so much fun! There was also a Halloween Parade and we had cupcakes! Great mood boosters! Social services are on top of things to be sure every box is checked so that patient is cared for, guided and upon heading home will have services in place! Physical therapists are amazing! I had the best PT and OT sessions! I hope I didn’t leave anyone out, I have a lot to be thankful for!

The transition specialist, Nancy Constantinople goes above and beyond in everything she does! She is incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely caring. Her dedication and compassion make a huge difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about the residents and their families, as well as her colleagues. Evergreen Woods is very lucky to have someone like Nancy on their team! Exceptional service and an exceptional person :)
