    Huge thank you to Noreen, Sales & Marketing Director, for helping me get my mom enrolled in the memory care program at Valencia of the Lakes. Noreen has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. She is personable, informative, and, most importantly, has a genuine passion for helping people. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for her care, guidance, and dedication.

    Omg- I am so happy I moved my mother-in-law and dad into this place. It’s a home. My dad hasn’t stopped telling me how much he loves his new home. Noreen is one of the kindest people I’ve ever known. I truly love her. My entire family does. Monica- the director/ is wonderful. She cares about the residences. They’re family to her. Noreen and Monica make that place wonderful- I’m so happy for our parents- and I’m so grateful to Monica and Noreen. Cannot say enough—perfect

    Forever grateful for Noreen and all she’s done in assisting me with making sure mom had everything she needed upon moving in. Noreen is like family to us and she loves all her residents.
