From the first encounter with the amazing Noreen, Heritage Springs has been a joy to work with when moving my father to his new residence. Since then, every staff member has been welcoming and patient! The residence is clean and well maintained. I feel very confident leaving my dad in their hands!

There are no words to describe the efforts Noreen has gone through to assist my brother. I'm happily managing his health from 2000 miles away. His case is slightly complicated & fortunately he is more OK than not (YAY). To say it' been challenging to find a safe and lovely space for him as he heals, is a HUGE understatement! His recent surgery & current living conditions prevented him from returning home, without assistance for a couple more months. When every other facility in Las Vegas wouldn't consider helping, Noreen said she completely understood his situation and would try to help. What started as a glimmer of hope, has turned into a tidal wave of kindness and compassion! I am totally blown away by her CAN Do Spirit and her heroic efforts! She is truly an angel walking the planet dressed up to look like a person! Her genuine caring soul shines through the phone each time we speak. She's gone the extra mile a thousand times over already, and my brother's only been there 3 days! She along with the incredible Megan are outstanding! They have gone way above and beyond to help us! If you have the opportunity to meet these fabulous ladies .. make sure to wear really good sunglasses, as you may be blinded by the light illuminating from their halos ...

Heritage Springs, a senior living center, has been my mother's home for several years. We are pleased with the attentive service and quality of life offered here. While the price is higher, the benefits of safety, cleanliness, and proximity to scheduled activities outweigh the cost. Hello Everyone...I'd like to take this opportunity to share a very positive outcome regarding a very difficult situation. My dad has recently become a resident at Heritage Springs Assisted Living. After much trial and tribulation touring several communities our family decided that Heritage Springs was "the very best choice" for dad. The community is a family atmosphere well staffed and efficiently run. Noreen Cadawas-Padilla , Community Relations Director, has my thanks and appreciation for making not only my dad comfortable but our family as well. Noreen demonstrated and continues to demonstrate her natural care-giving skills and her professional diplomacy. I am truly grateful for all she has done and the personal interest she has taken in my dad's well being. My "hat is off to you", Noreen. Thank you for everything!
