I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care my mother received during her rehabilitation at The Elms Retirement Village. The entire team consistently went above and beyond to ensure her needs were fully met and that she felt truly cared for. Their kindness and empathy were evident in every interaction. I am a new resident here at The Elms, and after a terrible experience at another nursing facility, it’s refreshing to come to a place where I finally feel at home. I’m being treated so well, my months of torment are just a distant memory. My family placed our mother here years earlier and we were satisfied with her care at that time as well. I expect to be happy here for a long time.

Some things i love about The Elms: Communication, the leadership, teamwork, cleanliness, organization. Everyone makes you feel like family. The residents are always smiling, and happy due to our amazing Activities team. Exceptional care to our patients and loving, caring staff! I would recommend The Elms to any of my family that is in need of care.

Awesome home town facility that cares for their residents like family. The nursing staff are kind, caring and ensure your needs are met during your stay whether it be for Rehab or long term. The Activity staff keep the residents smiling and laughing with all they have to offer, they especially Love karaoke!! ❤️
