I recently had a stay on Skilled Nursing E2 and Rehab Sandstone unit. All of the staff were exceptional. They were remodeling E2 which left the floor a little rough but Sandstone is warm and inviting. The staff really went out to satisfy anything I needed. It really helped in my healing from a broken wrist.

*Edit* lowered my score to a 1 after speaking with insurance regarding this stay. Make sure you have an insurance person on the phone with you if they are saying your loved one is being denied treatments or a longer stay. Not enough staff or nurses. They fire the good ones that actually take the time with the patients. The chairs are gross, stained, worn out and broken. The IV stands are disgusting and have slimy stuff all over them. The beds are worn out. They don’t give medications on a regular basis as prescribed. They don’t have enough nurses to accommodate the patients that need medications so patients get them early or late a lot of times. They also denied my mom an ambulance when she asked for it which is against patients bill of rights. My mom left with bed sores and a c-diff.

My husband has been here in rehabilitation since September 6, 2024. In all the facilities where he, my parents, and other family members that I have cared for have received rehabilitation services, this is the very best that I have experienced! From the Director of Nursing; the Unit Manager; the Physician Assistant; nurses, aides, the physical therapists, the social worker, and the housekeepers to the occasional maintenance worker—absolutely everyone has treated us with kindness, care and concern, and attentiveness! In spite of the circumstances, these people have made this a very positive experience!! We thank you all! Sandi Cleveland

My mom, Lois Townsend, has been a resident in Willow memory care for the past 3 years. Thank you to all the nurses, aides, doctors, nurse practitioners, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, physical therapy department, activities department and maintenance department for the wonderful care she receives. The employees on Willow Care are like a family. Its so nice to be able to get to know everyone on a first name basis. If I have a concern or issue, there is always someone to help resolve it. I never have to worry about her if I am out of town. I truly appreciate the good care and treatment she receives and I appreciate all the different staff members that help to make mom's life as good as it can be for her. Susan
