Deane Hill Place

This is one of the most stressful moments and a family's life. They loved one leaving their home they've known a good part of their lives. Transitioning from their own home and their own habits to not having to worry about anything is very tough to convince your loved one to do. Let me tell you right now this staff here at Dean Hill Place Senior Living way above and beyond to ensure that my mother was going to be a very happy moving here. Leah & Caroline spoke with my mother by phone we did video walkthroughs, and this transition couldn't have been possible without Leah just being there for my mother anytime she needed it to talk. What's my mother moved in this past Monday she was very happy that it was much different than what she was thinking. Now I can't even get her on the phone. She's having so much fun and she has plenty of people to hang out with and communicate with and just do a lot of things that she was not doing until she moved up here. Her second day in this apartment they had a Mardi Gras party. My mother hasn't been to a party or done anything in years. My mother is independent and she does not need any assistance hardly at all. Knowing that she gets to eat breakfast and lunch with people and enjoy time together makes it much easier for my mother to transition into this apartment. I'm very close to this apartment complex so my mother is never going to be without me. I'm just thankful that my great friend Karen mentioned this to me last year and now here we are. The transition could not have been smoother. Thank you to everybody who made this possible and you all made a stressful situation smooth as butter. Make sure you check this place out and understand this community is very close to everything in town and for the cost is much less than most of the communities around town. I'm very happy that my mother has found some joy and the stress is relieved all for her now to not maintain the home and bills and all that stuff. Thank you to everybody at Dean Hill Place for making this possible and working with me as you did to make this easy for me. Y'all are the best.

Deane Hill Place is excellent! One of my family members moved into Assisted Living here. The care team staff are attentive and compassionate. Leah, Director of Sales, is really great. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, cordial and kind. She even brought a lovely gift basket on move-in day! I’m pleased to recommend her and Deane Hill Place. Five stars!!!

We moved my father into Deane Hill Place recently and selected this community for him because of the warm and friendly staff as well as the beautiful community. It feels both warm and comfortable, and the community members and staff made it our first choice to care for my father who is in their Supervised Independent Living (SIL) building. Both Caroline, Executive Director, and Leah, Admissions Director, were extremely helpful and won us over from the start. He has already made several friends and absolutely loves the meals! We truly appreciate the Dean Hill Senior Living community and fully trust them to make my father's golden years very special!

The facility is very nice. The staff went over and above to work with us. We were there on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after. They were wonderful and did everything to make the transition from rehab to assisted living as easy as possible.
