The staff were incredible and the team directly caring for their residents obviously take pride in going the extra mile. What a compassionate, professional team! Tina Petersmarck is a wonderful representative for them as she is kind, understanding, and passionate about senior care. She has great integrity and so does the rest of this wonderful team! Commonwealth Memory Care cared for my father during the final months of his life. He was included in daily activities and formed meaningful, consistent relationships with his caregivers and staff, which brought him comfort and a sense of familiarity. Visits were always welcomed, and our time together, whether during meals, activities, or quiet moments, was supported and never rushed. Commonwealth worked closely with Lily Hospice, allowing my father to remain in place and receive continuous, coordinated care through the end of his life. The aides and staff were attentive and steady, and communication was clear and timely as his needs changed, including adjustments to nutrition and overall support. Placing a loved one in memory care is never easy, but the professionalism, compassion, and coordination shown by Commonwealth Memory Care and Lily Hospice met expectations during a difficult time.
