My mom is in memory care it's been a month. Ashley and Gabby are the best 2 worker ever. when I'm there and I see both of them or Even one of them, my anxiety goes away knowing my mom's in a good place. My mom can be hard some days and Ashley and Gabby always have a smile on their face and keep her going. Beth mack ( google's under my kids' name for gaming lol)

This place is horrible!! Don't let them fool you into thinking they care about your family member and don't ever let them put them in Memory Care. When my family member was in Assisted Living there when it was Grace Assisted Living, it was absolutely amazing. When they sold out to a corporate company 2x, the level of care and the staff went downhill. They charged almost $9,000 in memory care and every time I went to visit the aids were talking at the table or on their phones or watching tv. There are no cameras back there, so management has no idea what the aids are up to, or shall I say, not up to. Mind you, there were maybe 4 residents in Memory Care at the time. My family member was always filthy, his room was filthy, he smelled of urine constantly. I think with all their free time they could have changed his clothes and made him look more presentable. And don't even try getting a hold of anyone back in Memory Care. I'm not sure if they don't answer the phone or if they reassigned the aide to do other chores around mealtime because they're so short staffed. Also, don't leave anything of value with your family member either. The aids stole everything they could get their hands on. His tv remote, his electric razor, anything of value, they took. There was only 1 good aid back there, Cheryl, and obviously the facility knew it, because they would assign her everywhere else but Memory Care. Assisted Living was fine, because they're out in the open of visitor's view, but for the love of God, do not put your family member in their Memory Care. They will be taken care of and probably won't come out alive!
