went to visit a friend to see her new place and I loved it! I'm glad she found a nice, cozy spot to live, very homey & the staff were very nice. I was tempted to hold one of the babies on her floor but I resisted 🤗

Disrespectful staff that litter the neighborhood with medical waste such as used masks, gloves, ultrasound gel packets, etc, on a regular basis (often multiple times per week). Reply: no, you don't take it seriously as I've been talking to you about it for over five years. The last time we talked to you and you said you addressed your employees, the next day we had retaliatory gloves thrown directly onto our front walkway. You see the trash every day when you come in. If your employees won't pick up after themselves, then it becomes management's responsibility. Insincere replies to a review on Maps does not constitute accountability. Accountability means DOING SOMETHING. Oh, and I didn't even mention your employees blocking our driveway. I literally saw an employee do this, I saw her leave your building and walk to her car in the evening. I confronted her and she made up a BS story about why she thought it was okay. You told us it wasn't an employee. I literally watched her leave your building. Still dressed in her work clothes. You lied. You are all adults. You should not need this lecture.

As a Housing and Care Advisor, I trust Cogir of Northgate Memory Care to support not only my client, but their families as well. This hidden gem feels like home, has wonderful walkability, creative activities to meet different levels of dementia, and above all, lots of heart. Kindness and diligence flows from the team.

My husband stayed at Northgate Memory care for about 6 months. The staff, facilities, and services are all top notch. They provide compassionate care to a very difficult population of seniors with memory challenges.
