Clearwater Highland Park

My Mom and Dad just moved into the Clearwater Highland Park...an assisted living community. What a fabulous facility. We had dinner tonight in the Savor restaurant and it was outstanding. I just came in from the courtyard viewing deck which overlooks South towards downtown Dallas. The view is stunning. Great job Clearwater Highland Park

The Clearwater team has literally been my rock while moving my mom into their amazing facility! Each and every staff member has gone above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible! The facility is absolutely beautiful and every detail is centered around loving on each family. The food is incredible and the dining team goes above and beyond and are extremely helpful to all needs. I’m so impressed and comforted that my mom is in a space where she is cared for by professionals who know how to love on each resident in accordance with their different circumstances while allowing dignity and respect and compassion. I have had experiences with other facilities and nothing compares to the level of Clearwater. I absolutely love each and every person there! Thank you doesn’t even cover my gratitude.

Her leadership and commitment to quality care is evident in everything she does. Cynthia, the Memory Care Director, is equally outstanding. She brings so much patience, compassion, and intentionality to memory care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued every day. Her passion for serving families and residents shines through in her work. And Israel, the marketer, is phenomenal—always professional, responsive, and truly invested in building strong partnerships while making sure families feel supported during the decision-making process. His communication and follow-through are top-notch. The team at Clearwater Highland Park is the definition of excellence in senior care. It’s a place where residents are treated like family and where the staff takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
