I’ve been really impressed with the staff and offerings at Monticello West. Nan is a blessing and Mitch is fantastic- great overall staff in general. I’m really grateful to these folks for taking such good care of my mother-in-law. It was not an easy transition for her because we needed to make the move unexpectedly fast, but the staff at Monticello West helped tremendously. The fact that Nan has been there 15 years or so is just fantastic. Highly recommend this wonderful facility!

My loved one has been in the facility since October 2021 and I am very pleased with the Monticello Community, the positive support from the entire staff has been exceptional. I was unsure of the interaction of the facility since I live in another state. If I had any hesitations/reservations, they were quickly alleviated after my first telephone communication. I can truly unequivocally state they have addressed all my concerns in a timely and professional way. I was able to visit and that even reassured I had made the right decision for my loved one. The staff was great, and I must say that the facility decor is very tasteful and elegant. Every week I have contact with the providers on my sister's floor and it has always been a warm and engaging exchange.

At first I was just impressed with the look, set-up and location of this place. But, starting with the first day we moved mom into a studio apartment the people have become the star of the show. I was amazed so many of the staff know me when I walk in to visit my mom. So many of the staff have been here for 10+ years and they are quick to share that fact and proud of it. I can't imagine the complexity of running a place like this or the difficulty of keeping your staff up beat and ready to help. I think they also do a great job in communicating with family about what's going on at the facility... not just events that we can take part in but even more serious concerns like someone getting COVID or stepping up precautions to deal with a situation.

My wife and I visited several assisted living facilities in the Dallas area. We chose Monticello West for our mother because of the services and levels of care that were available. We were most impressed with the friendliness and warmth of the staff at this facility. Many of the staff at Monticello West are long term employees. We are pleased with Monticello West and appreciate their level of care and excellent communication.
