I have nothing but great things to say about Ciel of Plainfield. This is actually my mom’s second time here—first when it was HarborChase, and now she’s been at Ciel for about a year. The staff is incredibly attentive and does a great job communicating any concerns with me. That level of communication means everything. My biggest priority is knowing my mom is being well taken care of, and Julia Milne and her team truly deliver on that. I can sleep at night knowing my mom is getting the care she needs. That peace of mind is priceless.

The tour at this place was astounding! Nothing but kindness from Dominic. So very informative. We ultimately bought a house in Shorewood instead so we decided to have mom with us but I know this place would have been a great choice otherwise.

I highly recommend Harbor Chase of Plainfield! My Mom was at the facility from July to October 2022. She received excellent care , she was on the Memory Care Unit. All the staff are compassionate, professional, very caring. They are all Angels from Heaven! The facility is lovely, They have activities and parties all the time, the food is delicious. My family enjoyed the Guest Dining Room several times on a Sunday, with our family, which made the Sunday's special, as we would gather on Sundays at our family house for our special Sunday Dinners at home. Harbor Chase was our answer to prayer

All-in-all I was very pleased at the care given to my mother. She made many, many friends. She loved the activities that were offered. Every day of the week the day was filled with many activities to keep the residents busy and able to interact and make friends which is extremely important part of life. My mom was there only 5 months and up to the day of her passing she participated in all activities. I wished she would have been able to enjoy more time there. I rate HarborChase of Plainfield a B+. I would rate an A+ if they had more staff to ease the burden of those that are on staff. My understanding is the food is o.k. I never ate it so I can't give that a rating.
