My experience thus far with Channel Point has been great. The care staff truly love the residents. The management seem to be open to ideas for change. If I could nit-pick anything it would be the need for some updates, although I understand some of those are in the works.

Our parents moved this week into Channel Point. Michelle and her staff have been amazing! They have accommodated our large family dinners, bringing ice to their room when requested and checking in on them daily to make sure they are getting settled! We have zero complaints. If you are looking for a clean friendly place with good food for your loved ones, we highly recommend you check out Channel Point!

We looked at several places and decided on ichannel point village. It was so welcoming the staff was all United great energy in that place they were very welcoming. We can't wait to start our journey there

I haven't been inside, but what I do see seems very nice, clean walkway and neat parking lot nice greenery plants, and smiles on people's faces. (That's important to me)
