Affinity at Olympia

Affinity at Olympia has been a warm and welcoming new beginnings for my mom. She just moved in a few weeks ago from the Eugene Oregon area. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere at Affinity is remarkable, seamlessly blending a true community spirit with a homely ambiance and environment. Customer service is wonderful. The staff, who are both kind and respectful, go above and beyond to attend to the like of hooking up the TV or addressing more complex apartment repair issues, the support is consistently exceptional. The place truly lives up to being a great spot for expanding one's social circle. As mom settles in and becomes more acclimated to her new apartment, I know she will make new connections, form meaningful friendships and sharing experiences.

This was the best decision I have ever made. I looked at retirement homes in Texas, which is OK. Affinity of Olympia. Change my mind about staying in Texas. I am originally from the north Northwest, The information that was provided was clear and to the point. The entire staff is helpful during my move in and even made some modifications in the bathroom at my request, which was taken care of the same day. The activities list is amazing and I look forward to being engaged with a community here at affinity I looked at two under affinity properties and it was an easy decision to choose affinity in Olympia keep up the good work thank you.

Quite honestly one of the best (apartment) places I have ever lived and I'm in my 70s. It's a lovely cross between a hotel, cruise ship and dorm life. The staff is professional, top notch and became like family. I've moved away from the Olympia area but should I return, I would definitely hope they had an opening.

This is a great community for people over 55. While the rent is mostly market rate, it includes all utilities and many other benefits, such as an indoor pool and hot tub, movie theater, library, internet cafe, and free weekly happy hour with food, including beer and wine! The staff is very attentive and professional too. It's been a great experience.
