I have lived here for 11 years and think that says a lot for living at Affinity at Olympia. The management is the best! We've had some struggles in the past with other ones managing here but we're on the right path now! The maintenance always responds to your request right away. There is plenty activities here to do or if you just want be on your own that's ok, too! It's not just an apt but it's a home!!!

I feel that the maintenance part of living here has been less than satisfactory with the exterior doors inconsistently working or not working, the inaccessible garbage door, the burned out bulb in the projector, all together frustrating and annoying. This building was better served under Kelly and Harold. Front office is great, and is Stephanie our cleaner.

Affinity at Olympia has been a warm and welcoming new beginnings for my mom. She just moved in a few weeks ago from the Eugene Oregon area. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere at Affinity is remarkable, seamlessly blending a true community spirit with a homely ambiance and environment. Customer service is wonderful. The staff, who are both kind and respectful, go above and beyond to attend to the like of hooking up the TV or addressing more complex apartment repair issues, the support is consistently exceptional. The place truly lives up to being a great spot for expanding one's social circle. As mom settles in and becomes more acclimated to her new apartment, I know she will make new connections, form meaningful friendships and sharing experiences.

The staff at Affinity were fabulous when I made my move! They walked me through every step and made my transition to Affinity such a pleasant experience. I am excited to discover all that awaits me at this wonderful community!
