Absolutely thrilled with the care my grandmother is receiving at Cedarhurst. The admission process was quick and easy thanks to Amanda, the Director of Sales, who gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and patiently helped with all pricing and sales-related questions. Their partnership with a local furniture store also made setting up my grandmother’s room a complete breeze. My grandmother has dementia, and we feel 100% confident she is safe and wonderfully cared for in the memory care unit. Every need is met with compassion and professionalism. Lisa, the Memory Care Director, stands out as truly exceptional — she has gone above and beyond to make my grandmother feel welcome and loved. Lisa provides daily updates, is always available for calls to answer any questions, and personally takes her to the dedicated memory care courtyard so she can water and tend to the flowers, her favorite activity. Her dedication and personalized attention have made all the difference. Jackie, the Clinical Director, has also been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She assisted us with getting all the clinical forms filled out, keeps us updated on my grandmother’s medical care, and is always ready to answer any questions we have. Every time we visit, the residents are happily engaged in activities and the entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The memory care unit is safe, nurturing, and well-run, and the patients are treated with genuine dignity and warmth. Thanks to Lisa, Amanda, Jackie, and the outstanding team, we couldn’t ask for a better place for our family member. Highly recommend Cedarhurst!

I really like this facility. The faculty are nice and answer my questions .and if they don't know answer will make sure to find out for me. My mother is in memory care. The director Mrs. Lisa is absolutely amazing. If I have any concerns she is always willing to call and answer anything I have issues or concerns about. And gets back to me really quickly I wouldn't be able to sleep not knowing how my mother is doing and Mrs Lisa is always letting me know how she's doing or if she needs anything. Thank you

I am so thankful for the service and the staff at Preston Greens! My wife has dementia, and I could no longer care for her at home. The staff went above and beyond to get my wife in there, safe, and well cared for. I can not praise them enough. Especially Amanda and Lisa! I am forever appreciative of you all!
