The transportation service is a major highlight the driver is reliable, friendly, and genuinely caring, giving families real peace of mind. The dining experience is equally impressive. The chef’s story reflects true passion, and it shows in every meal, which is consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the staff especially Amanda. She is beyond amazing. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine passion are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere. She goes above and beyond every single day, making residents and families feel supported, heard, and valued. It’s rare to find someone so deeply committed, and it shines through in everything she does. Overall, this is a place where people truly care. The level of passion, attention to detail, and heart you find here is unmatched. It’s a beautiful community filled with incredible people, and it makes all the difference.

Preston Greens was the third place out of five that we visited, trying to find a new home for my mother-in-law. My husband knew almost immediately that it was the place for her. He asked me to cancel the last two appointments and Preston Green became her home. She was resistant at first, but has made good friends that fill her days with joy. The staff is responsive and helpful. The facility is modern and inviting.

We recently moved our parents into Preston Greens. The place is amazing! It’s is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The apartments are nice sized with a nice kitchenette and bathroom. They offer many activities and try and meet individuals needs. Amanda has been amazing to work with. She gave us the tour and extended a lunch invitation so my parents could try the dining room. After my parents decided to move in Amanda worked tirelessly with us to get all the paperwork completed and introduce us to everyone. It was just over 3 weeks from the time we toured until they were moved in. Amanda and the other staff at Preston Greens are now helping my parents and myself to navigate their new living situation. Everyone has been wonderful. I can’t thank Amanda and staff enough for all their continued support. Update: My parents have been living at Preston Greens for eight weeks now. They are settled in and starting to become more involved in the activities. Will has been great to reach out to my Dad to get him to join in more. Amanda continues to help us navigate different situations. Lisa has been wonderful working with my mother in MC. I appreciate the pictures they send me throughout the week. We definitely made the right decision moving into Preston Greens.

As a “personal” caregiver for a resident family, (who is on the premises of Preston Green daily) - I have to say PG is the most inviting and positive atmosphere. The staff treats Every resident as their own loved one. From interacting with a daily schedule of activities, with Will and Nancy -makes for a day of fun while giving the residents options on how they want to enjoy their day. Great chef on deck who cares about the residents…. Front desk concierge greets you with a warm smile….I would refer and recommend any friend or family members to insure their loved ones are safe and Loved here at PG.
