Overview
Campbell Place is a lively Assisted Living community located in Bellefontaine, OH. In addition to providing a warm and friendly environment, we develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident. A nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We can also help coordinate home health, physical therapy, or occupational therapy needs as needed.
Our residents engage in a variety of stimulating daily activities, such as card and board games, crafts and bingo. We go on regular outings for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

I was so disappointed in Campbell Place. Do no put your loved one here. They were so accommodating when we were undergoing our due diligence in finding a home for our mother. We (as a family) were particularly honest and forthright in describing our mother’s needs (which were few absent her incontinence). After she was there less than 2 months they raised her level of care to over $1000 more per month. Seemingly, a typical bait and switch. Shame on them. Additionally, they left her to languish in her room the whole day long. The food is absolutely awful. I could go on and on. I’m so extremely disappointed in this place. Please look at other places before entrusting Campbell Place with your loved one. I so regret putting my mother there. She wanted to leave there the day we moved her in. We did move her out and into a much better place. Please think twice before putting your loved one in this hole. They deserve better.

My mom has Alzheimer's and lives here. She has been here for a couple of years now. Of course I would much rather her be at home, since she can't be, I'm glad we have a place like this for her to live. The staff is friendly and have always been good with my mom. Of course with any place like this, there is always room for improvement and stuff comes up. However, I feel comfortable with my mom here. The only concern I have here is the overturn in staff. They do seem to come and go.

We've been involved with Campbell Place for about 18 mos. First, as a volunteer organization and also as my mom's new residence for the past several months. The entire staff team is top notch - caring, gentle, and truly engaged in the well-being of the residents. The facility is lovely - clean and home-like. At a time when other local facilities have COVID, CP has remained COVID-free since March. Shout out to Kelly, Ray, Tiffany, Michelle and everyone that makes CP a great place to live. Highly recommend A++++
