Trustwell Living at Urbana Place

I resided at Trustwell after a fall and hip surgery in respite care for 4 months. I felt at home the first day. The nurses and and their assistants are so attentive and loving; they are family. (Can't name them, don't want to miss anyone) Cub, Steve, both Nancy's are all friendly and helpful whenever needed. Cody keeps our rooms clean and is also helpful and friendly. Drew and Will do a great job making sure we receive very good meals. And Penny makes sure we are entertained in house and with the outings she plans. All the staff are exceptional. Several of my friends from home were there when I came and I made new friends after being there a few days.. I would recommend Trustwell Urbana Place to anyone who is looking for a loving home with outstanding care. I won't consider anywhere else if I need to return.

My mother in law recently needed more care than she could receive at home. The decision was made to move here. She has thrived in this new environment and made new friends. As our parents age in their homes, we sometimes forget the importance of social interactions and how that improves their quality of life. Also the monthly family night events are well organized.

My father spent 2 years at Trustwell before he passed away, and the love and care he received from everyone there was unbelievable. It was home to him, and the peace of mind I had knowing he was safe and well cared for was something I never took for granted. I felt like I became part of the Trustwell family as well as my dad. ❤️

My mom lives at Trustwell. She has Alzheimer’s and when Dad passed we had to find a place for mom. I wanted somewhere close where I could visit her frequently. I just happened to see Trustwell and walked in without an appt. and asked if I could look around. I am so glad I did! They have been nothing but kind since I first met the staff there. They treat Mom with such care and respect. (As they do with all their residents) They schedule different activities to meet the level of the residents that live there . If you’d rather are looking for a home for your loved one I would highly recommend Trustwell Living in Urbana OH. They had a Mothers Day Tea for the residents and this is a picture of Mom and I at the tea. All the staff there is so wonderful it’s hard to single out one person. But Paige M. just told me that she missed my mom while she was on vacation. That just shows how much she cares ❤️
