    Brookdale Pittsford is a lovely, caring memory care home for my precious father, full of enthusiastic and loving staff who go out of their way to take care of my dad with his Alzheimer’s. I am so thankful for the wonderful care he receives, the many activities including music therapy, pet therapy, and daily exercise. Thank you to the kind and loving staff for the caring, highly skilled care my father receives.

    Moved Mom to Brookdale in early 2024. We toured several facilities, but this one felt more "homey" than the others. All the staff we spoke with seemed to identify with Mom's situation and understood what we felt she needed. There have been some recent upgrades to the facility and it's looking very good. Staff are ready & willing to answer questions and concerns, and act on things we ask them to give more attention to. All the staff that interact with Mom are kind and considerate. The biggest thing is that Mom, herself, always says how much she likes her caretakers and that's definitely the most important thing to us.

    I recently took a virtual tour and spoke to a staff member at Brookdale Pittsford - the facility is impeccably clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the building. The staff members are not only well-trained but also incredibly friendly and compassionate. They took the time to answer all my questions and really demonstrated their dedication to resident care. It’s clear that they’ve created a safe and nurturing environment. I definitely recommend contacting them if you’re searching for senior living options for your loved ones!

    I moved my mom into Brookdale in October of 2023. There have been some ups and downs, but now that my mom has a routine (the staff has been amazing at helping to keep her day regularly scheduled) she feels comfortable. I love that my mom takes part in the activities and the activity director makes her feel important. Whenever I have a concern, the staff immediately takes care of the issue, which gives me peace of mind.
