Honestly.. worst place to work and even worse place to put your loved ones. They’re neglectful, they’re nasty to their residents, some cases even abusive. If you work here you’ll be frustrated everyday. Not enough coworkers to help so everything falls on you. You make Pennie’s while they work you to death. You aren’t just an aide or med tech you literally have to do every job.. housekeeping with not a single useful cleaning supply or any thing you should have at hand, maintenance with no tools or any help, your a server, busboy and cleanup for breakfast lunch and dinner.. and you are literally everything else also. The big supervisors do absolutely nothing to help you even if your life depended on it, they make this a hostile workplace while walking around having little meetings (lunch dates all day) and they literally are not even the slightest helpful on top of disgustingly rude. Btw all the good reviews are from employees giving rewards in order to leave a good review. If you have family and don’t tell them your coming I guarantee you will find their room gross, and them literally in gross shape, dirty and in need of a change of clothes and a needed shower. I promise you I’d never put my family here EVER

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with the Legacy Grande Vie! When I realized my dad could no longer live on his own I did some research and immediately felt very comfortable after my tour with Amber! Amber was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The entire staff (shout out to Stacy and Theo)is friendly, respectful and very helpful with all of his needs. My Dad is very involved in the wonderful activities they offer and is socializing again! I am grateful that my father is in a safe, clean and caring environment and now calls The Legacy his home! Thank you for all you do!

Being a part of the Legacy family has been a great experience thus far! You can tell the staff truly cares about the residents here, and each other. Everyone works together, supports each other and has a common goal in mind to create the best home environment possible for the residents. The happiness of the residents speaks volumes to the efforts that the staff put in, and it is great to be a part of a community that fosters such a welcoming and kind environment!

Grande’vie is a wonderful senior community. I spoke with Amber who was very knowledgeable and seems to have a passion for her job and the Residents. The meals looked great! There seems to be a lot of activities with staff participation. I popped in during their summer carnival and it was so much fun. The Residents seem so happy and well cared for.
