I am pleased with the Transition from Watermark to senior life style. Change is always hard, but new management is treating residents with respect, which has been missing for several years. I love my villa and am very happy with my neighbors and many activities at the community center.

The Addison of Fairways in Victor NY is now thriving with the new management under the direction of the Director Debra Waziak. We just had the Villa’s Holiday party where Debra and the new marketing director Tina Clancy helped with the set up, the buffet, serving the dessert and clearing the tables. It is very impressive when the management supports the residents to that degree. Debra has a great communication style with notes updating us of upcoming activities and staff changes. We can easily make an appointment with her where she listens to our concerns and makes changes when appropriate. We are so happy living at the Addison of Fairways where we were able to make friends and continue to have a full life in retirement. Peter

I am appalled by this facility's disinterest in accommodating my father-in-law's celiac disease after numerous conversations with management. They are not willing to note which meals are free of gluten. And they continuously serve food with gluten like a hamburger bun this evening.

We moved here in 2017 from the Buffalo area after looking at many senior communities. Like the Goldilocks story, some were too small, some were in too-busy a neighborhood, some of the cottages were too small or poorly designed and some had staff that didn't seem welcoming. Legacy at Fairways seemed to us, like the Goldilocks porridge, chair and bed to be "just right." We love the caring staff, we have enjoyed our neighbors, and the green space around us makes us almost feel like we're in a rural area, overlooking either the golf course or woods, filled with birds. We're one of the "long haulers" as we call ourselves, eager to stay here indefinitely. We can't imagine anyone feelings otherwise.
