Our industry-leading Clare Bridge memory program includes research-backed activities like gentle fitness classes, brain-boosting games and arts and music events. The community was designed from the ground up with your loved one in mind, with easy-to-navigate floors and safely enclosed outdoor spaces. We’re here to help with things like bathing, dressing, dining and mobility. And our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
Residents will choose their apartments from various floor plans, each with large sunny windows, spacious living areas and private bathrooms. We’re pet-friendly and feature cozy communal spaces like our game room, greenhouse garden, scenic walking paths and arts and crafts studio. We also feature transportation coordination, concierge services and an on-site salon. And to keep things extra sanitary, we’ve installed an enhanced air purification system that runs throughout our common areas.
Our restaurant-style dining room serves residents delicious multiple-course daily meals, with entrees like sautéed Mediterranean chicken and Mexican stuffed peppers. We do the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance so our residents can focus on relaxing and having fun. They’ll enjoy everything from book club to afternoon walks with friends and morning Tai Chi.

Brookdale community for senior is a wonderful place for your love one, Brookdale staff are very accommodating. It’s a very clean neat & soothing environment, the staff is wonderful! They greet you by first name when you walk in the door to visit your loved one. They’re on top of everything they sure do keep your loved ones Busy so they’re not bored. My mother-in-law loves Brookdale Community Center in Citrus Heights’ she’s always telling us of how happy she is and she’s always thanking for making this wonderful secure place her new home. The entertainment they have for the seniors there is wonderful. The holidays were great looking forward for the rest of 2025 and beyond.

Our mother was recently admitted to Brookdale Sylvan Ranch memory care after a terrible experience at another Roseville memory facility. Our family was amazed how the staff at Brookdale Sylvan Ranch made Mom‘s difficult transition a pleasant experience from day one. The staff, nurses and director are so caring, kind and Understanding. The facility is beautiful inside and out with plenty of safe walking space. To our surprise, our shy mother has participated in various activities and made new friends. So great to see our mother smiling face again. Many thanks to Brookfield SylvanRanch staff!

Beautiful place with beautiful staff! They really helped my mom with every detail including dialing in her medications, hooking up her cable TV for free, making sure she meets new people and so much more! The place is always clean and there is many activities every day. Blessed to have found Sylvan Ranch!

My Mom has been in 4 homes so far and Brookdale Sylvan Ranch is the BEST! The staff is attentive, caring, insightful and coordinate with the family. The last place she was at had OK staff, but nothing like the quality here. I can't say how much I appreciate their patience and efforts to keep everyone safe and entertained. I highly recommend this location for your loved one living with any form of dementia. Mom is safe, well fed, cared for! Thank-you! I wanted to add on to my review. Mom passed in June after a couple of hard falls. The staff was wonderful to work with and very caring. We all had a couple of good cries over losing Mom. We all didn't want to lose her this way, but that is the path of life sadly. I stayed with her, played her recordings from the family, called all my siblings so they could talk with her, and let her choose when she would leave us. When I could not be with her the staff was with her, they cleaned and changed her, they gave her comfort and pain medications. Green Valley Hospice worked closely with the Brookdale staff to ensure that Mom had a peaceful passing. I miss my friends I made there, I miss visiting you all, but I know life moves on. I can't recommend your services enough to everyone looking for a loving home for a loved one. Thank-you!
