Our Clare Bridge memory care program is industry leading and gives residents the chance to nurture their current skills, explore new hobbies and socialize within our welcoming community.
With memory care, our specialty-trained staff will help with things like dressing, bathing, dining and mobility. Our building was designed from the ground up to provide a safe and home-like environment for your loved one, with easy-to-navigate floor plans, soothing colors and enclosed outdoor spaces. We take a person-centered approach to care and lead residents down a daily path of enrichment, while allowing them to participate in gentle activities like fitness classes, arts and music events and brain-boosting games. And you can take comfort in knowing that our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
Residents will choose their own apartment from a variety of floor plans, each with plenty of natural light, spacious living areas and bathrooms. We’re pet-friendly and encourage seniors to decorate their homes to reflect their personal styles. We also have plenty of communal spaces to relax in, like the fireside living room, charming library and peaceful outdoor courtyard. Additional amenities include an on-site salon, snack shop, walking paths and postal services. And we’ll handle all the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance.
At Brookdale Beaverton, there’s always something to do, whether it’s celebrating a resident’s birthday, taking a holiday-themed arts and crafts class or getting pampered with a manicure. My Mom had been to 5 different places. They were all terrible! My Mom has now been at Brookdale Beaverton for 1 year and she loves it there! They specialize in dementia care and have the most caring and considerate staff. My Mom is not a number she is a person and they treat her like one. I am so grateful for this facility and all their caregivers!

Brookdale Beaverton is a wonderful facility for memory care! ALL of the staff (directors, med techs, caregivers, housekeeping, maintenance) are so kind and caring, and you can tell they are devoted to the best experience possible for their residents. I see so much personal interaction from the staff to the residents. They have many activities throughout the day and I have noticed that they bring out everyone who is up, even people who are not really able to engage in the particular activity, and it is nice to see them there with the community as who knows what they take in. My mom has been there for about 4 months now and it is such a relief that she is getting truly excellent round-the-clock care, much more than we were able to give her at this stage. She often wanders at night and now there is always someone around who is able to watch out for her. We can drop in anytime to visit. The staff are very caring towards us as family as well and are always available for questions. They are also quick to alert us to how she is doing, particularly any changes. The facility itself has a very homey atmosphere and never smells bad. They decorate for the holidays and there are a lot of pictures and other types of things that my mom will notice and point out as we sit or walk around, so there is a lot to engage her. I sincerely doubt you could find a better place for memory care!

I took care of my wife for 2 years as her dementia symptoms progressed. When I could no longer take care of her I was devastated. I was referred to Brookdale Beaverton. Brookdale is clean, warm and inviting. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. I visit almost every day and when I leave I have peace of mind that she is being well-cared for. I whole-heartedly recommend Brookdale Beaverton should anyone have to make the very difficult decision to find a home for a loved one.
