My mom has been living at Modena Bethesda going on 4 years. They have truly changed her life with intentional care.My mom is fall risk in memory care and their fall technology has saved her life. When she lived at home there would be no way to account for a fall. I live out of state and knowing that she is safe and accounted for has given us peace.

I recently had the chance to visit Modena Reserve Bethesda and was really impressed. The community was beautiful, clean, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it made the whole place feel warm and inviting. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending it to anyone looking for a senior living community. Thank you for making our experience so great.

I recently visited a friend who lives at Modena Reserve Bethesda, and I was so impressed. The community is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I especially liked learning about the technology they use to help keep residents safe while supporting their independence. The café on the first floor is a lovely place to relax and visit. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my friend is in such good hands. I would definitely recommend Modena Reserve Bethesda to anyone looking for a caring and modern senior living community.

I recently toured Modena Reserve Bethesda and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The building has a modern, upscale atmosphere that feels more like a luxury residence than a traditional senior living community. Zipporah the sales agent was incredibly warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The tour was thorough and gave me a good understanding of the services, amenities, and daily life available to residents. I especially appreciated seeing the spacious apartments, elegant common areas, and beautifully maintained dining spaces.
