The warmth, professionalism, and sense of calm you feel when you speak with her isn’t surface level, it’s real, and it radiates throughout the entire community. She leads by example, and that leadership fosters a culture of trust, dignity, and genuine care that you feel the moment you enter the building. The atmosphere at Brickmont is unlike anything else we toured. And it’s no accident, it’s a direct reflection of the values and tone set by Brenda. The staff don’t just “do their jobs”, they care. Brickmont’s care team is amazing. My in law’s were there for 3 years and the CNA’s and office staff were so pleasant and responsive. They are still like family!

I have a loved one here and they are okay except for the food. As a matter of fact, the food is so inadequate and bad that it spoils the experience for them. Before you sign, ask the residents about the food.
