Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory

I recently visited Arbor Terrace and inquired about admitting my grandfather into the facility, and I was very impressed with the employee named Vanessa at the front desk who assisted me. She was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable while providing information about the nursing home and the services offered. While there I ran into Che (I think that's how you spell her name. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable during what can be a difficult decision for my family. Their kindness and willingness to help truly stood out and gave me confidence that this facility cares about both residents and their families. Based on this interaction, I would strongly consider this nursing home for my grandfather’s care. I will make a decision soon.

My cousin moved to Arbor Terrace Burnt Hickory memory care nine months ago. As one of her caregivers, I am there often. We have been so pleased with the care that she receives and the support that they give the family, as well. They truly care about the well-being of the residents. My cousin enjoys the activities and the attention that she receives. Our family always feels welcome and the staff members always have a smile and a pleasant word for us. So glad we found Arbor Terrace.

Rochelle at the front desk is such a positive person and makes the place feel so welcoming. Also my mom feels really cared for by all of the staff and the various medical staff do a great job ensuring she has her medications. Great place and I cannot say enough great things.

Moved my dad from another facility to Arbor Terrace last November and couldn’t be more pleased with the care and support my dad receives in Evergreen memory care. Walking into Arbor Terrace is always a delightful experience. Beautifully decorated, very clean and just the nicest employees. When coming in you get a big smile and friendliest greeting from Roshelle! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff in Evergreen. Terrivia is amazing and always tells me a funny story on what my dad is up to. Her staff is so caring and always treats my dad with respect.
