I can not say enough about Belmont Village. This place is incredibly great! The staff are all exceptional, very kind, professional and efficient. I need to call out two special people that have really been exceptional. Erin and Enrique. Not only is the staff great but the facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Belmont Village. My dad has been a resident for the past year and a half, and knowing he is surrounded by such compassionate, dedicated people has brought our family incredible peace of mind. From the office staff to the restaurant team, every single employee goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, respected, and at home. The caregivers (PALS) are truly top shelf. They are patient, attentive, kind, and genuinely care about the well-being of every resident. It’s clear they don’t just see this as a job—they build meaningful relationships and treat residents like family. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness we’ve experienced has exceeded our expectations. My dad is well cared for, and it means the world to our family to know he’s in such capable and loving hands. Thank you to everyone at Belmont Village for everything you do each and every day. I can’t say enough good things about Belmont Village on Geneva Rd! It’s not an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility…but the team at Belmont made it easy, comforting and accommodating. My dad has received the most loving care from team members who know him and “get him” and that’s not an easy task when he doesn’t always remember why he is there. The journey through dementia is challenging for everyone and the team there fills his days with activities, music, socializing and even things my mom can enjoy with him. They have brought joy and friendship to a tough chapter for our family….we are grateful.

Belmont Village Geneva Road has been a wonderful new home for my mom. She is safe and happy there and has lots of events, activities and friends to spend her time with. The staff are very helpful and caring. I am very happy to have my mom at BV.
