Just wanted to share how happy we are having my mom at Bellbrook Senior Living in Rochester Hills. The community is beautiful, the staff is kind and caring, and she already feels right at home. She’s enjoying the peaceful setting, great food, and even better company. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in a place that truly cares for her. So thankful we found Bellbrook. It’s been such a blessing!

Bellbrook was a great place with great people helping us support our father as he was going thru recovery, rehab, and eventually assisted living. We enjoyed the staff and all the support they provided. Absolutely a TOP 5 STARS!

My father went to rehab after minor surgery. He was living independently before surgery, after his stay at Bellbrook he was rendered a near invalid. The OT and PT he received were horrible. His abilities were fraudulently documented to Medicare justifying his discharge. When asked if they could demonstrate what they documented they could not. They shared his protected medical details with a wheel chair company who then attempted to scam us into purchasing a wheel chair after they illegally reviewed the past 6 years of his Medicare charges. They never asked if we wanted or needed one my dad already has 2. When we were forced to take my dad home he was dejected, dirty, unshaven and looked like a homeless person. We were forced to return him to an environment that is unsafe and will only be a matter of time before he has a catastrophic incident. If you care about your loved one do not go to Bellbrook.

Bellbrook is definitely a beautiful home for our loved ones. Since the day we walked in for our first meeting with Rita (sales consultant and many other hats) and continually there after she has been amazing. Rita has been extremely informative, supportive and empathetic. Whenever I call or my father calls Rita she always takes care of the need asap. I was so nervous for this change in life for my father but everything has gone so smooth and the staff at Bellbrook is amazing. Sharon who works at the concierge desk is fabulous and has been extremely helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this senior living home.
