Assistant wellness director, Dee Jones, shows excellent care in handling issues immediately to completion. Her priorities are wellness first and business second. The caretakers and med techs under her never show signs of disliking their job. They appear to be happy and willing to work, showing good comes from the top.

My dad has been living at American House Hampton Village since March 2026. We have been so impressed with not just the recruiting/welcoming process that was lead by Rebecca where both my dad and I felt very informed and supported but also with the leadership of Tyler and the day to day care that continues from all the staff…Dr. Rojas and the PA, Valley who take the time to answer all our questions and set dad up for success, Bianca, Kayley, Liz and Sue who manage the front desk, Patricia, Dee, Kwan, Tarita, Kaylee, Jazz, McKenzie, Ladonna, Erica, Sean, Henry, Curtis, Denise, Chef Bill, and plant director Akran…to name only a few! I live out of town, but have gotten to know some of the staff during my visits and they all treat my dad like a family member/friend and it means the world to me. Everyone is consistently friendly, responsive and collaborative. He has not been able to participate in the therapy there yet but Lynn is so friendly and hard working as I see her there late at night when I am leaving from my visits and she has been positive about my Dad’s plan to participate in the future and his continued rehab post home health. They continue to work together to keep my dad safe and as involved in the community as he will let them be!

I have been in healthcare for over 30 years, and Rebecca Nagy is such an advocate for seniors and all of her residents. Her compassion and love is second to none! If I could give 10 stars I would. Ask for Rebecca, she will totally take care of you.

This Assisted Living is like a 5 Star Hotel! The Management is top of the line! The care is professional! The food is 5 Star! There is nothing to compare to Stonecrest of Rochester Hills! I am there visiting my sister a lot and gotten to know every one! From the manager, Mike who is one great manager and always available to Huda the housekeeper, and the aides who are friendly and efficient! The nurses on staff and the doctor who comes in from his private practice once a month, give quality care! Today is The Grand Opening! I wish this facility much success as it is one the BEST as I have seen many before that could not compare. They have already earned the 5 stars I gave them! Take a tour at your convenience if you are thinking of a beautiful place to live or know of someone who is. See for yourself the many amenities that come with STONECREST OF ROCHESTER HILLS! Enclosed are many wonderful photos!
