Autumn Woods long term facility gave wonderful care to my Aunt Lorraine S. I live in Virginia and she lived there. They were all pleasant and most helpful in the care of my aunt. Communication was great and kindness was given to her and myself freely. She was treated with dignity and respect. I knew she was being taken care of. When I visited I was treated very kindly. The nurses and aides were wonderful in the most meaningful ways. I must mention that Nicole was excellent. Sean from hospice, Courtney and Leland were excellent as well! My mother was in need of rehab after a 10 day hospital stay. After speaking with hospital staff and friends, Autumn Woods was the overwhelming recommendation. Though her stay was brief-because of insurance considerations-it was exactly what she needed. We immediately felt like family on day one. Big shout out to Bobbi Jo-activities director. She not only made my mom feel special, she helped me navigate the sudden changes in my mother’s health. She felt like an old friend within a couple of days. All of the staff, from housekeeping to food service to the administrative staff to the nursing staff, were kind and proficient in their care. I am so thankful and indebted to the incredible therapists-physical, occupational and speech. My concerns and questions were always answered clearly and compassionately. Thank you all.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the place is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully run. The environment feels bright, calm, and welcoming — not clinical or cold like some facilities can feel. The staff truly make this place special. Every nurse, aide, and team member we’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

Amazing staff! They truly care for each person & family. I had family on Legacy Lane which is the Memory Care Unit they all go the extra mile! I met some of the most incredible CNA’s & Nurses! Keyeria, Kristen,Tequila,Ashley ,Jolee & Jennifer Thank you for going above & beyond everyday caring for others as though they are your own!
