Autumn Woods was a wonderful place for my Grandmother to receive therapy and to later reside. All of the staff were so caring and treated her like their own family. They were very attentive to her needs and went out of their way to ensure she received the care she needed. They welcome visiting family with open arms and go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home. I feel very blessed my Grandmother was able to live here and am so thankful for all of the wonderful staff.

The most awesome caring and loving staff and employees that provided the care for my Mother while she was a resident and receiving therapy. The atmosphere is that of a loving home not like a health care facility.From the first contact with the Social Worker to the cleaning staff our experience was over the top.❤️

Autumn woods is a very clean & safe facility for residents & Employees. The staff go above & beyond for their residents. They also always have fun activities. The Food is Amazing 🤩
