Autumn Woods was a wonderful place for my Grandmother to receive therapy and to later reside. All of the staff were so caring and treated her like their own family. They were very attentive to her needs and went out of their way to ensure she received the care she needed. They welcome visiting family with open arms and go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home. I feel very blessed my Grandmother was able to live here and am so thankful for all of the wonderful staff.

Scheduled for a tour today at 4pm. Nobody from the facility showed. Very disappointed as there were 3 family members there. Waste of our time! Silver Crest treated us much better!

My mom has been at Autumn Woods twice after stays in the hospital for rehab so that she can get her strength back, and they did an incredible job through both of those stints. Our family cannot say enough good things about the treatment and care she received and we are very thankful for them. If your loved one needs a place to rehab give Autumn Woods a look!
