My mother was at silvercrest for rehab after fracturing her shoulder and then she went to the Assisted Living there. She received exceptional care in both rehab and Assisted living. The staff showed compassion and a great deal of patience.

*Last update. She’s DEAD. My Grams is DEAD. Don’t send people here for rehab!!!!! *Edited to add an update. My grandmother is scheduled for ANOTHER SURGERY to repair the damage caused by lack of appropriate care! My grandmother was sent here for rehab after major back surgery. We have had issues with her quality of care since she was transferred. No one answers the call buttons. She has been left for hours (four hours at the longest) in her soiled clothing allowing feces to get INTO her surgical wound. She is unable to get to and from the restroom on her own because of just how major her spinal surgery was. They have forgotten her pain pills multiple times. She has NOT been receiving her daily meds and we found out they weren’t even in the system to be given, so she’s gone cold turkey on pain/depression/anxiety/blood pressure/other meds I can’t think of at the moment. She has been handled by staff so roughly that her INCISIONS have REOPENED, even though she has asked them to be careful as well as us. She was just readmitted to the hospital after her wound has opened even more and they are going to have to completely REOPEN the incision to clean it, putting her right back at square one and in immense pain! I am appalled at her treatment. I don’t know what happened since her last rehab stay, she/we had a great experience her last stay for rehab, but something needs to be done. DO NOT send your loved ones here. DON’T risk their safety!

I have been here for almost a year. One of my favorite things is the clinical expertise. It is nice to have everything taken care of in home and not be sent to the hospital for everything.
