I visited Atria for my grandmother and was very pleased with it. The building was very active and everyone was extremely professional. The residents had smiles on their faces and I asked how they liked it and every person I asked had great things to say. I will put them at the top of our list.

Don't send your loved ones here....everything has changed...on Saturday November 1st ,whoever,or I should say whatever they hired to run the front desk had an unneeded altercation with a delivery person, she was too busy on a video call with her boyfriend to take care of the delivery, disgusting. Like many other places ,I guess this place is having a tough time hiring decent help....based on this I would never send someone I care about to this place...

I recently toured Atria while exploring options for a loved one, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff was warm and welcoming, the environment felt vibrant and comfortable, and they genuinely cared about their residents. It gave me real peace of mind.

I placed my disabled brother here in 2020. It was a good choice and run very well. Things changed over the years and not for the better. I did the spend down plan and after two years Medicaid and Ssi paid. I was so happy that my brother had a forever home. The transition from private pay to Medicaid was harrowing. However, that was not the worse of it. Fast forward approximately 4 years. My brother’s health started failing. I received an eviction letter from Atria saying that his health needs have changed and they could no longer care for him. I sent an email asking if they could move him into their dementia unit and crickets. If your family member does not have a lot of money/assets and there’s a chance that they may need long term care in the future, do not spend down your money here. Find a place that offers both assisted living and long term care.
