Arden Courts – Lely Palms

Every time I walk through the doors of Arden Courts Lely Palms, I’m greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The staff is always so welcoming, and it’s evident they truly care about each resident. They are patient, compassionate, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The community itself is always exceptionally clean, peaceful, and has such a warm, home-like atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly feel the heart behind the care. Having been a caregiver for my own father, I know how important it is to find a community you can trust. If my parents were still alive and needed memory care, Arden Courts Lely Palms would absolutely be a place I would highly consider. Thank you to the entire team for creating an environment where residents and families feel supported, cared for, and valued. 💙☀️

Arden Courts has a dynamite team of people that are compassionate and considerate for the needs of the people they serve. The staff and liaisons value the people and families. I’ve worked closely with the liaison staff and have seen the thorough assessments, questions, and conversations the team has held with the individuals that show their detailed care plans. The facility offers memory care unit, and staff have plenty of resources and knowledge to work with this population. The team members truly care for the well being of the residents that call Arden Courts home.

My wife of 54 yrs has been a resident of Arden Courts for nearly 8 years. During this time I've seen it all. Never have I wanted to move her elsewhere which speaks volumes when it comes to the care and safety she has been receiving at Arden. Here are some ramdom thoughts -- 1)"Lifestyle Enrichment" No other facility can compare to Arden Courts activity program which has multiple personalized in-house programs for the residents as well as many diversified outside entertainers that come in and perform on a regular basis. 'Leslie, Pat, Katie and Marie' are all amazing making sure each and every resident know they are loved and treated as part of the family. 1a)Muliple 'over the top' luncheons and parties that celebrate holidays and special occassions for both residents and visitors 2)The nursing dept headed by 'Renee' provides the excellent care that each and every resident deserves including overseeing all the caregivers. Renee can easily be approached with any concerns from residents and loved ones alike. 3)A big welcome to the new marketing staff coordinator 'Laura' giving her credit for engaging with all the residents and not afraid to participate in activities. She is an excellent communicator. 4)The caregiver staff who certainly has a very tough job making sure the needs of all residents are well addressed. 5)The maintenance staff headed by Teresa keeps things working, clean and pretty. 6)The kitchen staff headed by talented chef 'Oliva' are second to none providing delicious and nutritious food and service. Many meals and treats are provided on an individual basis.7)Behind the scenes include 'Ashley' caring for the administrative workload and certainty not afraid to show up 'where needed'. 8)Last but not least is 'Kristen' the Executive Director who see's to it that all depts are functioning properly. Kristen makes herself available to anyone who needs her and addresses loved ones needs and requests. 9)One last thought - easily accessed the 'Courtyard' -a lovely openly 'contained' greenscape with patios, paved walkways, sitting areas and sometimes a bunny or two. The residents and visitors can roam safely at will and freely enjoy a breath of fresh air. To some of you this all may have appeared to be a paid advertisement but believe me it all came from the heart.

Arden Courts of Lely Palms is a warm and welcoming care center with a dedicated and friendly staff. I am particularly grateful for the nursing and recreation staff who provide genuine care and fun activities to keep my husband active and engaged. I know my husband is well cared for and is in good hands at Arden Courts. They have become extended family to us during this difficult time and I highly recommend this facility for anyone considering memory care for a loved one.
