The Villa at Terracina had many wonderful loving caregivers, activity directors and nurses; my husband was well taken care of, except when he wasn't. The food is not bad. The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. There was massive turnover during our tenure with three different nursing directors in the nine months we were there. Weekend coverage is sparse. Communication was non existent unless there was a fall or a crisis. Staff do not introduce themselves and caregivers constantly change so it is hard to know who to approach when there is a question or concern. Although I gave this feedback on multiple occasions, no change occurred. Administration does not treat their residents with the dignity they deserve and does not confer with family regarding care decisions. They are quick to flex legal authority rather than work with family to find solutions. No memory care will be perfect and the Villa at Terracina was excellent in many ways, however their shortcomings overshadowed the positive in our experience. This is a difficult journey for those suffering from dementia and their loved ones. To anyone reading this I wish you and your loved ones the best.

Villa at Terracina Grand’s 60-bed memory care unit is truly impressive. The facility is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents. The Administrator is absolutely amazing—engaged, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of both residents and staff. Their leadership sets a high standard for care and professionalism throughout the facility. Customer service is top-notch. Every interaction with staff was warm, respectful, and helpful. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent care. Highly recommend Villa at Terracina Grand for families seeking a trusted and caring memory care community.

Our father moved Into the Villas Of Terracina Grand memory care approximately 3 1/2 years ago and from day one we have been nothing but happy. The staff With the nurses and CNA’s and kitchen help and administrators have all been so helpful. The Entertainment was above and beyond a 10. Our father was so happy! Daddy really enjoyed the food as well and their snacks and they’re beautiful center sanctuary garden. Thank you to everyone who helped our father with all his needs and every way.

Excellent services, especially in the culinary department, the attention to specified diets both at villa and gardens is great. very happy to see how the residents are being cared for.! would recommend
