I recently had the opportunity to work with the team at Arden Courts Geneva, and I continue to be impressed by their dedication to residents and families. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly committed to providing person-centered memory care. From the warm welcome at the front door to the exceptional care provided by the clinical and support teams, it is clear that the residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness every day. The community offers a safe, engaging environment where residents can thrive while families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are well cared for. My Mom has been a resident of Arden Courts for two and a half years. She is well taken care of and is happy being there. She said the food is wonderful and she can get a cup of coffee when she wants one! The staff is incredible, they rotate around the building so each employee gets to know each resident and can assist them if a resident gets lost wandering the building. There are many social activities during the day to occupy their time and Arden Courts even has a little dog who brings happiness and joy to the residents while walking around on her leash. If you are considering Arden Courts my advise is choose them…….you’ll be glad you did! I am!

When the time came to place my mom in memory care, Arden Courts was our first choice. I had been in touch with Justine for some time, even before my mom was ready, and she stayed connected with us throughout the process. From our very first meeting, she showed such compassion, understanding, and patience, which made a difficult decision easier. All of the staff members we’ve interacted with have been committed to providing not only professional care but also genuine compassion. The facility itself is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to support the unique needs of those with memory loss. We are grateful for the care our loved one receives at Arden Courts.

On very short notice, we needed to find a memory care facility for my brother. Arden Courts had one room available and they were able to get him into a room within two days. Arden Courts has clean, nice rooms for the residents. The food was very good. However, it is their staff that really shines. My brother got kind, compassionate care from all the staff. They were very good in keeping me informed about changes in his condition. The staff, also, was very kind and compassionate to us as a family. We really felt they cared about our welfare as well as my brother's. My brother was put under hospice care while at Arden Courts. They worked well with hospice as my brother transitioned to his death. Once again, the staff made us fell cared for upon his death.
