Very happy to give Arbor Terrace Willistown a 5 star review. We have been so happy since the day we first toured. It’s a beautiful, home-like facility, warm and festively decorated. The move in process was made effortless thanks to the helpful staff. The staff members are so friendly and nice, always a greeting and a smile. Any needs or concerns, they are quick to address and help. My mom has been busy with activities throughout the day that I can track on the app provided. She tells me everyone there is so nice to her which gives me great comfort. Arbor Terrace is obviously very well managed and run. So happy we chose it for my mom!

As a partner in care, I can honestly say that I would recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown to not only our patients and their families, but for my own family. The team is genuinely compassionate and clearly enjoy their job. The residents are treated with kindness, dignity and respect. Arbor Terrace is a warm and welcoming community. There are always engaging programs from fitness and music to social gatherings and special events that bring joy and connection. The atmosphere feels like home, and knowing loved ones are safe, supported, and happy gives such peace of mind. They even have an app that you can see what activities are going on and the menu is that day. Very charming

During my recent visit to Arbor Terrace I was blown away by the incredible staff, specifically Lexi. I could really tell that Lexi genuinely cares about both the residents and the employees and she fosters an incredibly healthy atmosphere. My favorite thing about the community was the incredible walking path! It was such a peaceful place to be outside and reflect on every day life.
