The Wellington senior living facility is a truly lovely place. A huge part of its warmth comes from the dedication of Derrick Manley, the Community Relation's Director, whose commitment to both the residents and the broader community reflects the high quality of the facility and its exceptional offerings. A perfect example was this past week’s wonderful display of patriotic quilts lining one of their large hallways. The monthlong display started off with a reception, which included delightful refreshments of wine and charcuterie. Thoughtful touches like this add immensely to the charm of Wellington, greatly enhancing the overall well-being and happiness of the residents.

My experience with Wellington Estates was exceptionally positive, due in large part to the professionalism and expertise of Sales Director Derrick Manley. Derrick demonstrates a high level of industry knowledge and a clear understanding of both the community and the needs of prospective residents and their families. Derrick provides thoughtful, transparent guidance without any sense of pressure, ensuring that decisions are well-informed and aligned with individual goals. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing what is right instill a strong sense of trust and confidence throughout the process.

Ian and Derrick, the directors, are the best. They were very easy to work with, very accommodating and helpful when we had a last minute change of venue. Their kindness to us and residents was outstanding. Very positive feeling in the building.
