Ive been at Arbor Terrace less than a year already, and I find the staff to be very welcoming and very congenial, very helpful. I think it’s a good opportunity for socialization for seniors, many people with many skills and cultural background. There are a multitude of different college degrees, professions, and everyone gets along very well. Everybody helps each other and the staff is exceptional, especially the concierge.

I had a truly positive experience with Arbor Terrace in Teaneck. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this community is well-run, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, creating an environment that feels warm and inviting for residents and their families. What stood out most to me was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to providing the best possible care and support. It’s obvious that the team takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about the people who live there. The overall atmosphere reflects a real sense of community. Residents appear engaged, respected, and well cared for, and there are plenty of opportunities for activities and social interaction that help people stay active and connected. It’s also wonderful to have a high-quality community like Arbor Terrace right in Teaneck, which is such a great town with a strong sense of community and easy access to everything in Bergen County. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone looking for a senior living community for themselves or a loved one. The facility, staff, and overall environment make it a truly outstanding place.

Arbor Terrace is a fantastic senior community. My grandfather lived there for 9 years and absolutely loved it. He had great friends and explored a multitude of activities that he was never previously involved in. He and my family love the staff for their attitude and attention to detail. I would recommend it highly.

This has been my home since 2018, I greatly enjoy the musical performances and happy every Friday. I enjoy being part of the community, especially joining others for movies every night after dinner and chatting with the lovely concierge staff. My favorite part of life here is how dog friendly everyone is, and our baby Molly loves it here because of the beautiful conservancy next door.
