Their dedication to the residents is truly remarkable. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. A few weeks ago, my cousin and I moved our 85-year-old aunt and our 48-year-old cousin to Bristal AL at Englewood — and we truly could not be more thrilled with our decision! From the moment you walk in, the facility is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and filled with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t just look lovely — it *feels* like home. What truly sets Bristal apart, though, is the extraordinary staff. Every single person — from the Executive Director to the aides — is genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly loving toward the residents. You can see and feel that they truly care. Both our aunt and cousin have special needs, and Bristal went above and beyond to accommodate them — something other assisted living facilities in the area simply could not offer. The team immediately coordinated all necessary in-house evaluations and has been consistently proactive in keeping us informed about every appointment and update. Their communication is exceptional — emails are answered the very same day, and no question ever feels too small. Most importantly, the staff takes the time to truly get to know each resident as an individual. That personal attention gives us tremendous peace of mind. We feel so grateful — and honestly relieved — knowing our aunt and cousin are in such capable, compassionate hands. They are receiving outstanding care in a place that feels warm and supportive, and we look forward to visiting them often. We wholeheartedly recommend Bristal at Englewood!

My family and I were faced with the difficult and heartbreaking decision of placing our loved one in a facility. From the first time I walked into the facility and thereafter, I felt the warmth, professionalism, compassion and genuine kindness of the staff. It’s very aesthetically pleasing! The tour with the facility was amazing. The place was very clean and their professionalism shined through with the maintenance and upkeep of the property!! For the tour, Amanda and Mark were amazing! They both were attentive, professional and engaging. From what I saw and experienced, I felt comfortable of having my loved one stay there!! Before moving day, Amanda wanted a picture that my loved one loved to do. This way it can be framed and put in her room. Now it’s moving day for my loved one: when we arrived, there was a welcome greeting set out for her as we entered the building. It was very warm and welcoming! As we entered the room, the above mentioned photograph was there and it warmed my heart! Amanda knew that my loved one loves gardening and she brought her a low maintenance plant and my loved one’s face lit up! Thank you Amanda and for going above and beyond! Whenever I go to visit my loved one, Amanda ALWAYS ask how things are going with her. I truly appreciate it. I see her genuine love and care for the residents. Overall, the staff on my loved one’s floor are amazing! They are warm, kind and my loved one’s is well taken care of! I feel the love and I truly appreciate all that they do! Denus is amazing as well! She is warm, patient professional and caring! Her warm demeanor welcomes you in. It’s obvious that she has the residents that she’s in charge of, best interest! I always feel comfortable going to her with anything regarding my loved one. I am truly grateful that my family and I found Bristal @Englewood!
