I love that I am part of this community! The staff is warm, organized, and genuinely dedicated to creating meaningful, joyful events for both residents and their loved ones. Every event is thoughtfully planned, and you can feel how much heart goes into making each gathering memorable. What stands out most is the atmosphere, the residents are engaged, families feel welcome, and the team works seamlessly to ensure everything runs beautifully. It’s always an honor to bring music into such a caring environment. I’m also deeply grateful for their professionalism. Payments for services rendered are always timely and handled with integrity something that truly matters to independent entertainers. I have been to Arbor Terrace Middletown for several events. Every emplyee I have met has been nothing short of compassionate. Spending time with Faithe, Nicole and Chrissy showed me they all love what they do and truly care about all their residents.

I love this community. Easy parking, welcoming front desk staff, open floor plan, plenty of space to walk on your own or if you have a walker or need assistance. There is a great calendar of activities including scheduled off premises trips. I like the fact that it's right off rt. 35, but tucked far enough away that it is quiet. Arbor Terrace is a wonderful and caring community.

Of all the assisted living facilities I have visited Arbor Terrace impressed me the most They are compassionate, transparent, caring and honest. Faithe in particular has been extremely helpful in making the transition easy.
