The Villas of Holmdel offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care, and Rehabilitation.
A majority of our caregivers live on-site full-time.
Our maintenance Director also lives on-site full-time
Although we have only been open 3 years, most of our team has worked together previously in our 5-Star locations for more than 15 years.
The Villas food is exceptional, and has been compared to a 5-Star Gourmet Restaurant
We have an indoor, heated, salt-water pool
We also offer a full-service professional Spa on site offering facials, and massages
The Villas of Holmdel has on-site Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy)
Full-service generator - in an emergency our generator powers the entire building with uninterrupted service fr as long as it is needed.

The villas helped me transition my mom to assisted living back in November and have offered a good mix of assisted care and independence for my mom. Mom loves the activities and going to the movie theatre, and my kids love playing in the game room when we visit. The staff (management, nurses, dining room, activity team) are all so friendly, recognize both me and my mom and address us by name, and have gone out of their way to ensure we’re all on the same page with care. I’m very happy with my decision to go with the Villas as I know my Mom is safe and well cared for.

It is hard to put into words how grateful we are for The Villas of Holmdel. During an unexpected emergency at my child’s school, their staff opened their doors with incredible kindness, patience, and compassion. In a stressful and uncertain moment, they created a safe and comforting space for the children, making a difficult situation feel less overwhelming. The genuine care, warmth, and generosity they showed meant more than words can express. We are truly thankful for everything they did to help during such an unexpected time.

The Villas has provided my mother with a wonderful home. The entire team, everyone working there, is committed to to the care of their residents and a high quality of life. They carry out their roles with joy. It's incredible to witness. My mother is happy and well-cared for. Now I have peace of mind and sleep very well. The Villas truly stands out as a model for others to copy. I feel blessed to have found them:)

We moved my aunt to the Villas in October of 2025. After seeing it and taking the tour with Kim, my cousin and I were so impressed by the facility, and the staff that although we knew it would not be an easy transition we were confident that we were doing the right thing. Eight months later we know we made the right decision. The grounds are immaculate, the people are so friendly and the staff is amazing! I still converse with Kim from time to time and know she is there if I need anything. My aunt does many of the activities and "is never in her room" It's such a comfort knowing my aunt is in such good hands and I don't have to worry about her when I am not able to visit for a week or two. I could not be happier that my cousin found the Villas.
