Finding the right community for your loved ones can be a harrowing experience…unless you’re lucky enough to find a place like Arbor Terrace. I sincerely want to commend every member of their team (both my parents are in the Bridges community). We are so grateful to them for their exceptional and kind care. And the community is beautifully maintained—so clean and inviting. And the dining services team is top-notch as well. Thank you Arbor Terrace for being such a great partner in my parents’ care and wellbeing. We appreciate all of you!!

My Mother is very happy at Arbor Naperville. When she presses her call button, someone responds very quickly. And with a smile! The food is excellent andd a tremendous value. Her only complaint is “They give me too much!” My family is no longer worried about our Mom. It’s great to visit and spend time with Mom instead of taking care of chores that she no longer could do herself. We also know that if she needs help any time of day, she doesn’t have to wait until one of us can get there. The staff are very responsive to any of our concerns. They are great and seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always bright, charming, and clean. The activities are great! There are so many for the residents to choose from every day. My Mother is thriving at Arbor Naperville. You should be very proud of the many wonderful people on staff here. I would give Arbor Naperville a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. They have gone above and beyond. They have a tremendous amount of patience. Thank you all for your kindness and the awesome care and support you provide our Mom.

I can't say enough glowing things about Arbor Terrace Naperville. The staff is incredible—caring, warm, attentive, organized, responsive—and the facility is gorgeous. My mom started in assisted living but was only there for a brief time before a fall sent her back to the hospital. When she returned, we moved her to Bridges (the intermediate community between AL and memory care) and she has so far been flourishing there. I feel a great sense of wellbeing knowing that she is in a beautiful place where she is so well cared for.

Arbor Terrace leads the senior local industry with their dedication and commitment to not only their residents and families but also to the staff and community. Their strong and experienced team is led by their Executive Director, Angela who is extremely hands on and available daily to the residents and family members. The nursing team is attentive, dietary goes above and beyond and Jose along with his Activity Team keep the residents engaged and always bringing in new programs , highly recommend this excellent community
