Our parents recently moved into Story Point and love it so far. The process was made so much easier by Katie, the community specialist. She patiently and quickly answered our many questions, and made sure that our parents felt safe and welcomed. She also made us as a family fee secure in our choice. Since moving our parents in, we have seen how friendly and helpful the rest of the staff is and we know they are in good hands. It was a difficult decision to move our parents out of the house they lived in for so long, but the entire process with Katie and Story Point went much more smoothly than expected and we are so grateful for their new home.

My mother has been a happy resident of Storypoint Naperville for 2 years now. She speaks very highly of the staff & services. It was very important to my sister & me that mom be at a property that met her needs. Her happiness is paramount to us & having her nearby is a big plus.

My parents have been in independent living for 8 months. We have been really happy with the services provided. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff members seem to have a genuine concern for the residents. The food is tasty plentiful. The Veteran’s Room is a nice touch. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents active and during the warmer months the outdoor porch is a beautiful area for socializing and relaxing.
