Jeff Altschul at Arbor Terrace in Highland Park, does an outstanding Job of enhancing the lives of the senior residence he cares for, while always treating their families with kindness, respect, and a genuine willingness to help in anyway he can. He was incredibly encouraging and instrumental in helping our family create a truly special holiday celebration. Jeff went above and beyond reserving, preparing, and beautifully setting up a space to honor our parents who live there. We are so grateful for his thoughtfulness and the dedication he brings to his work every day. Thank you, Jeff, for warmly welcoming, our loved ones and helping them feel truly at home at Arbor Terrace. ❤️💖 the Rachman family

The folks at Arbor Terrace have been amazing. Our father has been made to feel welcomed and cared for by everyone on the staff. A special thank you to Jeff who went out of his way to make the transition from home to AT seamless, any questions or concerns were handled quickly and competently and always with a smile and good humor.

I recently toured an assisted living facility, Arbor Terrace, in Highland Park, Illinois, and I must say that I was impressed. The facility was beautifully designed and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was evident that they truly cared about the well-being of the residents. I was particularly impressed by the range of amenities and activities offered, which catered to a variety of interests and needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Arbor Terrace, Highland Park has such a beautiful community! The residents are friendly and engaged and it’s so beautiful there. I felt like I was on a cruise ship and the staff is so attentive and loving. Truly a unique special place!
